LSETF-USADF Sponsored Employability Training

Are you UNEMPLOYED and seeking an opportunity to develop yourself in order to secure employment as a Digital Skills Associate or Sales Associate after six weeks of Employability Training?

Simply Exponential Consult Limited (SECL) is a Vocational Training Centre (VTC) and Partner to the LSETF-USADF Employability Program for the training of Digital Skills and Sales Associates.

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be willing to commit 100% to 6-week training at a stretch

Must be available for 3-month mandatory internship

You should be between ages of 18-35 years

Must be a Lagos resident

Must have a Lagos State Residents Registration Agency ID (LASRRA ID – can be gotten at any LGA office)

Must have a minimum of SSCE qualification

Both MALE & FEMALE applicants are welcome.

All applicants will be required to go through a screening process to determine their eligibility for the training.

Our 6-week training is designed to equip trainees with comprehensive skills to become either a Certified Digital Skills Associate OR Sales associate.

It comes with daily financial support for unemployed Lagos residents of 18-35 years of age.

After the training, participants will be assisted to attend interviews for placement in various industries such as Media, Retail, Hospitality etc to take up positions like Social media officer, Content marketer, Retail sales associate, Sales representative, etc. where they will get paid salary by the employer.

Several scholars have proposed employability and entrepreneurship trainings, upskilling and preparation for the future of work as solutions to the challenge of unemployment in Nigeria Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) a Lagos State agency with the mandate of job creation, has partnered with The United States African Development Foundation to train unemployed youth in various skills under the LSETF - USADF Employability Program through Vocational Training Centres such as Simply Exponential Consult Ltd.
